Nursing care increasingly demands integrated approaches that recognise the interdependence of the older adults and their care partners. This webinar brings together international and national scholarship to advance dyadic models of support. Prof Patrick Kor examines innovations in Hong Kong that strengthen family care-partner; A/Prof Ken Ho and Dr Jackie Chan provide global perspectives on training and participation; Dr Eva Yuen explores how social connection and health literacy influence care-partner outcomes; and Dr Daphne Cheung emphasises embedding dyadic practices in care systems. Collectively, these insights underscore the necessity of supporting both members of the dyad to achieve sustainable, holistic gerontological care.
