Dementia is one of the most significant public health challenges of our time. Over 57 million people are living with dementia globally and case numbers are projected to rise sharply in the next 20 years. Despite growing evidence that nearly half of dementia cases may be attributable to modifiable risk factors across the life course, translating this knowledge into effective prediction and prevention strategies remains a major challenge worldwide.
